Caitlin SteenI am a senior in Biological Systems Engineering. I am from Bristow, VA, and I'm in Kappa Delta and on our recruitment team. I'm in Society of Women Engineers, and I love Phi Sig because they are such a great group of well rounded guys who have been so welcoming to me since I was a freshman. I love that they are all so different but get along so well and that they always make me feel at home :-)

Michelle LipkaI'm a senior in Packaging Systems and Design, trust me... it's a real thing. I'm also in the Packaging club, APO and AXO and love being super involved. This is a huge reason why I love Phi Sig.They are very passionate with their philanthropy and go hard for others as well (shoutout for winning the Mock Rock lip sync)! Since I walked through their house doors as a freshman, these guys have always been welcoming and definitely know how to goof around with each other and us sweethearts. They've thrown me at every football game and have made me feel very at home. I'm damn proud to be a sweetheart and wouldn't want it any other way.

Spencer MorrisI am a senior studying Political Science and Public Relations. I am involved in a variety of things on campus from being a Hokie Ambassador, in SGA, a committee member for the Big Event, Sigma Kappa Sorority, and was an Orientation/Hokie camp leader. Through being apart of these organizations across campus I was lucky enough to meet many different brothers of Phi Sig. I have truly never met more dedicated and genuine group of men who want to serve and uphold Virginia Tech’s motto of Ut Prosim on a day to day basis. Their brotherhood fosters respect and acceptance for all. I am truly so honored to be connected to this super fun group of dudes.
